The A$AP Mob album is still coming!

Last year, the highly-anticipated A$AP Mob L.O.R.D. album was unfortunately cancelled due to Harlem collective moving focus to A$AP Rocky’s sophomore campaign for his At. Long. Last. A$AP LP. While the project has went to achieve the no. 1 album in the world this week on Billboard, Rocky spoke with Vulture about his recent success and making an acting debut in the theatrical release for DOPE this month. He would soon joke about dropping Born to Be Pretty, a collaborative mixtape with Rod Stewart – hosted by Lenny Kravitz.

While this led to many speculating another Rocky project could be in the works, the Harlem rapper confirmed that the project was a joke and not to be taken serious. However, he did reveal a surprise project was nearing with the A$AP MOB entitled Cozy Tapes Vol. 1 – no to be confused with the posthumous A$AP Yams album.

Whether or not the east coast collective has re-branded L.O.R.D. with a new name remains to be seen, but he is keeping his word of re-confirming a collaboration release from the camp last holiday.
