The groovy tunes from BADBADNOTGOOD continue and we’re not mad at them. The band is known for their mellow affairs musically and although “Confessions Pt. II” may seem like an ode to the classic Usher album, it’s not. It’s a surprise they haven’t worked with Terrace Martin yet because the saxophone reminds us of his skills (that’s Colin Stetson jamming out on this one), while they keep the jazzy vibes for six minutes. We’re one month away from their album IV, which is due out July 8.
