BadBadNotGood are always working on new music. After collaborating with Ghostface Killah on the Sour Soul album last year, the Toronto band are readying their new solo album IV. Today, they’re sharing their haunting new song “Time Moves Slow,” which features vocals from Sam Herring of Future Islands. We were actually expecting Herring to appear under his rapper pseudonym Hemlock Ernst, but he’s singing all the way through this one.
“Time Moves Slow” was premiered by Zane Lowe on Beats 1, along with a chat about how the song came together and collaborations with Kaytranada and Mick Jenkins. They recorded so much music for IV, there could even be a B-sides on the way too.
