Banks should damn near be a household name in the United States after that run she had in the Victoria’s Secret commercials. Her moody and atmospheric vibe on “Waiting Game” drew people in and pretty much established her as someone to check for. Will the title track from her upcoming full-length debut make a bigger splash? The verdict is still out, but all it takes is one commercial and this one is out of here.
Banks’ Goddess album will be out in stores everywhere on September 9.
