BINK! is responsible for producing some of the best hip-hop beats in the genre, working with the likes of JAY Z, Dr. Dre, Freeway, Xzibit, Missy Elliott and many other greats. For the latest episode of Mass Appeal’s Rhythm Roulette series, he picks up where Nottz left off with a special J Dilla edition. Picking from samples Jay Dee used in his work, BINK! had to work with three albums: Hammer Group’s Melodies, Sly & The Family Stone’s Greatest Hits, and The Headhunters’ Survival of the Fittest.
Using each of these, he managed to combine them and make a beat he was happy with.
