With his new album In My Mind finally out to the public, BJ the Chicago Kid made a visit to Hot 97’s Ebro in the AM to talk his transition to the majors – which his situation doesn’t happen very often with a new artists introducing himself to the masses. The Southside, Chicago rapper discussed various topics from his collaborations on the project with Kendrick Lamar, Chance the Rapper and Big K.R.I.T. among others; but also went to talk his music experiences with Dr. Dre.
