King Jaffe Joe gives his take on Capo’s recent claims
A few days ago, Jim Jones stopped by Hot 97 to discuss his new situation with Roc Nation and premiere a new single. In the midst of celebrating the imminent future, he had to get some things off his chest from the past – including an on-going rift with his brother, Cam’ron.
During the 90-minute vent session, Capo gave a complete run-down of his history with Killa, and how the two became virtually inseparable. Unfortunately, money and fame divided the pair, as he gave his two cents, on why he believed King Jaffe Joe was the main cause of the group’s division.
Well, 48 hours later and a viral video floating around the web later, Mr. Giles gave nearly a two-hour response on how the group got ended. According to Cam, Jimmy met his current significant other Chrissy Lampkin over 10 years ago, where he fell in love with his future fiancé in Miami.
After witnessing his best friend splurge his lady with a few gifts, a practical joke on Killa’s end went a little too far, which he believed led to their rift. He even discussed his history timeline growing up with Ma$e before his Bad Boy deal, Children of the Corn, and the eventual formation of the Diplomats – after the unfortunate passing of both Big L and Bloodshed.
Watch to Killa’s 2-hour plus session below, where he also talks about why Jay-Z wouldn’t work with DJ Kay Slay, history with Max B in Uptown, an eye-raising call from Mendeecees Harris and more.
