Capital Cities are no strangers to working with rappers, after collaborating with the one and only André 3000 on “Farrah Fawcett Hair,” a track taken from their 2013 debut album In a Tidal Wave of Mystery. Now, for their new song “Girl Friday,” the Los Angeles duo have teamed up with the biggest bawse, Rick Ross.
The track is all about wanting to take that special girl out on the weekend, but the problem is, she’s only got time on weekdays. “I think we fell in love outside a Wingstop, put the joint out then I hopped right out the T-top,” raps Rozay on the happy-go-lucky verse.
