Although it took a while for the world to figure out, Captain Murphy followed up the release of Duality by surprisingly announcing himself as the rap persona of Flying Lotus, but a loose cut between him and Earl Sweatshirt titled “Between Friends” turned out to be one of his most enticing collaborations. In somewhat of a sequel to the offering, we’re provided with a brand new single titled “Between Villains,” which includes contributions from Murphy, Earl, DOOM and Thundercat. The line-up is quite spectacular, and the outcome may be even better.
