If you’ve been following this rap “beef” over the years, Philly emcees Cassidy and Meek Mill haven’t been too fond of each other with a war of spanning back to 2011. After challenging Meek to an official battle in the URL stage, Cassidy released a diss track earlier this year entitled “R.A.I.D.” which was received with mixed reactions.
Speaking of which, just a few days ago Meek finally responded back with to track 8 months later with “Kendrick You Next.” Instead of taking aim at K. Dot initially, he disguised the track to aim some bars a Cassidy in the process. Cassidy (one to never avoid a response), returned tonight with “Catch A Body” spitting over Canibus’ classic “2nd Round K.O.”
