Detroit musician Choker came out of nowhere last year with his debut album Peak, which turned out to be a year favorite. Now, he’s back with an impressive follow-up in the form of Honeybloom, a 14-track project that sees the multi-talented artist continuing his craft.
Just one look at Choker’s social media and you’ll notice that he only speaks when there’s new music to share. At a time when memes are taking over and labels are finding clever ways to tally streams, it’s refreshing to see someone letting the music speak for itself.
