Tonight, some new music from Chris Brown surfaces, that will apparently not land on his upcoming album X. “I Can’t Win” is a very interesting title from Chris based on all of the things that have been going on with him in the past couple of years. From the sounds of this, we’re guessing he is talking about Rihanna on this track.
Regardless, the release date for the album will be on July 16.
