Chris Gotti Breaks Down How Feds Took Away Murder Inc.’s $100 Million Business

Is the Murder Inc. series still on the way?

During 2003, at the height of their rap-street war with 50 Cent and G-Unit, Murder Inc. records saw an unfortunate raid of their Universal Music offices and homes in regards to money laundering and conspiracy to launder money for their music label. The take-down would put Murder Inc Records in limbo for nearly four years, as Loki and the Gotti’s were fighting for their freedom.

After the arrest of former organized crime king pin, Kenneth “Supreme” McGriff, the feds believed Ja Rule, Irv Gotti and The Inc were guilty by association for Supreme maintaining income.

In the video above, Chris Gotti, the older brother of Irv breaks down the complete story how the United States government took away their $100-million-dollar business from them and how it took 4 years, plus $10 million in legal fees to clear their innocence of foul play.

Watch Chris discuss the rare relationship the Hollis-based music label found an unlikely friend from.
