Pro Era have come a long way since breaking out in 2012, with Joey Bada$$, CJ Fly, Kirk Knight and Nyck Caution leading the way since. Another person who has been there since the jump is rapper and producer Chuck Strangers, who is getting ready to release his debut solo album on Nature Sounds next year.
For his new track “Fresh,” he’s simply on the raps as he takes on production from Alchemist. It comes with a grainy video directed by Jack Begert and Joey Bada$$, as he raps on the street and shoots some hoops, before the beat flips and RZA, Alc and Statik Selektah make cameos.
It’s his first ever video, too.
