After releasing his 2011 well received album “The Dreamer/The Believer,” rapper Common has plans to release a follow-up project in January of next year. The Chicago native intends to work with the usual cast members such as No I.D. & Kanye West and is also open to any artist he feels that will provide the sound he’s looking for in the project.
He also spoke on his upcoming film “LUV” set to release this year and upcoming films such as “Pawn” and “Now You See Me.” We’re really hoping Common still has plans to release that Nas.Com album we’ve been waiting for since last year.
You can check out Common Sense featured on the G.O.O.D. Music compilation album “Cruel Summer” which is in stores and iTunes now.
