UK singer/producer Joel Compass has been around since 2013, working as a solo artist and collaborating with the likes of Tinashe, FKA Twigs and Jorja Smith to name a few. Now, he’s starting fresh with a new sound under a new name — simply Compass.
His first release is a stunning track called “Hyprocrite,” released on No I.D.’s ARTium Recordings. Compass co-wrote and produced Snoh Aalegra’s “You” off last year’s Ugh, Those Feels Again album, so it’s a move that makes perfect sense.
