The best songs are the ones where you have no idea what to expect when you press play. That’s definitely what happened with Coucheron’s “Deep End.” Having Mayer Hawthorne on the track at least made us raise an eyebrow, since we’re such fans, but when you pair his soulful vocals with production that doesn’t even sound like it’s from this country and this is what you get. Thank Asker, Norway for this one.
