Ab-Soul really wants the DETOX album to come out.
Last week, Ab-Soul invited us into Carson, CA for “A Day in the Hustle,” before hitting the road for his official These Days Tour. With just days left until he embarks on the 40-city fall tour, the TDE rapper stopped by the SVA Theater in NYC for a special sit-down in the latest installment of Elliot Wilson’s #CRWN interview series.
Some topics discussed throughout the conversation was gaining music knowledge through his grandfather’s record shop in the 90s and how 2pac’s death molded his life for pursuing a career in hip-hop. He also joked about Black Hippy doing the DETOX album for Dr. Dre, like previously mentioned and who he wants to work with next.
