You already know what you’re going to get from DaM-FunK when you press play on one of his beats and half of it is in his name. “Compos Mentis” is no different and the producer is bringing the West Coast funk on this laid back and smooth record that sounds like another day cruising down Highway 1 by Santa Monica and up towards Malibu.
