Electric Guest – Waves
Making his mark across a number of different genres is something that stands out clearly across Danger Mouse’s longevity in the music industry. In some of his more recent work, Los Angeles indie-pop band Electric Guest were part of his plans, in which they put together the fantastic Mondo album. It’s evident that a light-hearted approach was given throughout its entirety, although it was filled with plenty of hidden messages as far as lyrics are concerned. “Waves” happened to be our pick of the bunch, which was also one of the best on the project.
