Demi Lovato’s MTV special “Stay Strong” airs tonight at 10pm and it will follow the singer on tour as she explains her road to recovery from depression, bulimia and cutting. The singer went to rehab and was released around Thanksgiving and has expressed her willingness to be a good role model for girls out there since, but only after dealing with her issues underneath that needed to be taken care of.
