‘Cold Summer’ is on the way!
Last week, DJ Mustard shared official details for his upcoming album, Cold Summer. While him and YG haven’t given an update on their collaborative 10 Summers mixtape before the fall officially starts in a few days, Mustard is keeping the Pu$ha Ink movement moving with the previously mentioned effort. Above, the Roc Nation producer of Los Angeles made a trip to Wildstyle for a conversation with the good people of HipHopDX to discuss what he has in store.
Regarding Cold Summer, he says he wanted to present the people with never-before-heard collaborations with a collection of artists in the game and took a break from his commercial success we’ve seen over the last two years. He went to reveal that he’s going back to his original roots of pure ratchetness with Ty Dolla $ign and his other brothers.
Watch more from the interview, where he also explains how he missed the opening day of Rihanna’s ANTI World Tour overseas – due to a stop at a friend chicken spot that cost him $14,000.
