Why Drake’s CLB Album is His Most Important Career Release after Charlamagne Controversial Comments

like, what?. . .

Drake Era Charlamagne Tha God Certified Lover Boy album is questioned by the Breakfast Club personality, ahead of its upcoming January release. Earlier this week, Charlamagne, Wayno and others discussed Drake’s upcoming album. For whatever reason, the story gained traction since there’s nothing else to talk about.

CTG simply said that he’s not excited for the project, essentially saying that The Boy has already peaked. Well, throughout this year, Drake has been delivering hits that won’t be on his album. Considering COVID-19 has impacted everything, many people don’t realize how insane “Greece” has sounded inside a night club (or even strip club, if you’re lucky).

From his closest peers saying that he’s free for the first time ever after the Ca$h Money deal with Birdman, we would expect his gear to drastically change. So, yes, the upcoming Certified Lover Boy project is his most important project to date. This means he’ll have more creative freedom with visuals and an unlimited budget with no middle man to give input.

After scoring several hits this year, as prelude cuts to make the album, we’re expecting a classic album. Originally it was set to be released last summer before the pandemic started. However, Drake and 40 have had more than enough time to craft possibly their best work to date.

We’re not expecting a bullshit release; because that’s not something they’ve ever done. So, if you’re an OVO fan or have no interest like CTG; keep those expectations low so you can really enjoy the album in a few days. He knows, and they know the entire label is on pressure to release something memorable.

Let us know in the comments what you think.

These are all cuts that won’t be on the album. . .

47:43 for drake. . .
