Views From the 6 is almost here!
Moments ago at London’s Covent Garden, a large image cover for Drake’s upcoming Views From the 6 album appeared. According to FADER, Island Records confirmed that the picture shown above is indeed the official album artwork; but internal heads are still in doubt whether he would re-use a similar cover to his “Summer Sixteen” single. In comparison to the effort that used black lettering with a white background, the 6-God presents his alleged official album cover in reverse.
Following the double-single release of “Pop Style” with JAY Z & Kanye West and “One Dance,” representatives from OVO Sound or The Boy (directly) haven’t confirmed or denied this being the final cover. We’ll keep you updated if the Toronto imprint decides to formally share cover and track listing information – or if they flat-out just release the project on iTunes.
Take a look at the reported projected album cover below.
UPDATE: According to P4K, this is not the cover, but the album is supposed to be released at the end of the month.
