The sounds of Electric Guest and Shlohmo are almost polar opposites, but that doesn’t mean that can’t mesh well together. Especially when you have Shlohmo at the helm. When it’s all said and done, “The Bait” has been completely revamped and sounds nothing like the original because the mood of it was flipped to a new track that carries a darker Halloween sound to it. Even the vocals were slowed and warped.
