One of our favorite R&B EP’s of the year definitely has to be Elijah Blake‘s Bijoux 22. If you’re not on up on that wave yet, make sure you get on before he drops the new album.
In his sit down with Billboard, Elijah talks about some of his early influences in music and sound he’s going for on the upcoming debut, Songs of Melody, what he thinks of coming up in the game as a songwriter and explains how “X.O.X.” stumbled on to being a single for his latest effort. He also gave Billboard an exclusive acoustic performance of a new track titled “Drop Dead Beautiful” and the concept behind the song.
