When good music hits your ear drum, it doesn’t really matter who sings it or how many accolades they have. It’s especially better when it’s someone you’ve never really heard before. That’s how we feel about this Emily King “Distance” record. Not knowing what to expect, we pressed play and found she had an acoustic, yet soulful banger on her hands. If you’re a fan of R&B, this will be right up your alley.
