Eminem To Executive Produce Skylar Grey’s Next Album

In an recent interview with Rolling Stone, singer / songwriter / producer Skylar Grey has confirmed Eminem will be executive producing her second album “Don’t Look Down” which we can expect to see sometime in 2013. The albums lead single “C’Mon Let Me Ride,” will feature Eminem in chorus department as we can expect to see its release on December 11th. Grey tells Rolling Stone,

“That was an Eminem move. The first time I heard his verse, he had added that part in as well and it made me laugh, so we kept it,” she says. She also opted to keep his vocals instead of Mercury’s originals. “I love hearing Marshall change his voice like that and just, like, be a character, play a character, so I thought that was funnier, personally.”

In the past the two have collaborated last year on the hit single “I Need a Doctor” which was originally scheduled for the Detox album and she also wrote for Eminem’s single “Love the Way You Lie.” If the upcoming album sounds anything remotely close to those two singles, we could be in store for something epic.
