Chicago rapper Femdot is back with Delacreme 2, his brand new project on the Closed Sessions label (Jamila Woods, Kweku Collins). Over the course of 13 tracks, Fem talks about smoking habits, gun violence, growing up with financial troubles and much more.
“I want to be able to translate information into a language that other people can understand,” he told NYLON about the project. Delacreme 2 is the follow-up to last year’s The 20/20 Hour mixtape, and features the likes of Shawnee Dez, CRLCRRLL, Johari Noelle, Shrren Olivia and Jack Red. This release should help put Fem on the map.
