On the day Suge Knight is scheduled to appear in court for his involvement in a hit-and-run murder, TMZ has obtained footage of what happened on January 29 in Compton. Suge is currently awaiting trial and has plead not guilty to one count of murder, one count of attempted murder, and two counts of a hit-and-run.
The gruesome video shows Suge’s red truck pull up to Tam’s Burgers where Straight Outta Compton was being filmed and approached by Cle “Bone” Sloan. Suge then clips him as he put the truck in reverse, then manages to run him over again, then going head on at Terry Carter, who was instantly killed. Knight claims he wasn’t trying to run over anyone, but rather flee from the scene in fear of getting killed.
Lawyers for Suge argue that the men were getting ready to attack him and both possessed guns at the time, which is why he didn’t escape through the street after backing up, in fear of getting gunned down from the side.
