Funkadelic released their album First Ya Gotta Shake the Gate last year, their first LP in seven years. Instead of putting it to rest, they revive the track “Ain’t That Funkin’ Kinda Hard on You?” with a remix package from Louie Vega, and one of the songs features a new verse from Kendrick Lamar. K. Dot recently collaborated with George Clinton on “Wesley’s Theory,” the intro to To Pimp a Butterfly.
