It’s been quite the roller coaster for Future since he released his debut album Honest. A couple mixtapes have put him back into the buzzing world of rap, but his ride has been anything less than on cruise control, after public breakup with Ciara and the success of having No. 1 hits on Billboard.
He explains some of what’s been going on in his mind with his latest Like I Never Left documentary, as he talks about the different direction CiCi decided to take with her album musically (after the hit “Body Party“), how her status affected their wedding plans when he wasn’t comfortable being in the spotlight and why his fans expect a certain sound from him with the music.
