G-Eazy has been everywhere this year and he’s coming with more music as the year progresses following the release of a few EP’s. He’s going a bit more commercial thanks to this collaboration with Anthony Russo and the visual for the single plays out much like the title. On “Rewind,” Young Gerald can be seen in a fight with a shorty, where things get destructive and borderline threatening. Considering the video plays out backwards, we can see shorty holding a gun at the beginning, then trashing his place as things continue. By the end, you can figure out how things escalated to that point from a party Eazy was at. They just want to backtrack to a time before things got toxic.
Anthony makes a cameo as the two kick it in the mountains and areal scenery of where they were at appears across the three minutes.
