G-UNIT returns to Funkmaster Flex for another classic freestyle
One of our favorite past times is listening to them classic Hot 97 Session freestyles. From D-Block, Roc-A-Fella, Dipset and others, the G-Unit always provided some of the most aggressive and authentic sounds we had back in the day. Nearly a decade since their last session on Hot 9, the Southside 134 crew returns for a very rare freestyle together on Funkmaster Flex’s Rush Hour.
Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo, Kidd Kidd, Young Buck and even 50 Cent would spit some bars in their 13-minute affair on the radio and if you watched their interview earlier today on Ebro’s Morning Show, the obvious elephant in the room was whether they would stick around for a freestyle later on. It obviously happened.
