Your favorite hip-hop illustrator Marlon Sassy, better known by his brand name Gangster Doodles, has put together a compilation featuring a killer lineup of emcees and producers.
Gangster Music Vol. 1 features music from the likes of Oh No, Madlib, Defari, Evidence, Max B, Budgie, Traffic, Jonwayne, Jeremiah Jae, Mndsgn, Kaytranada, Quelle Chris, Chester Watson and many others. At a heavy 26 tracks, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
“Every time a new track came in it was like running down the stairs on Christmas morning to open a present,” Sassy said about the making of the project. “What started as a slow trickle of work coming in soon turned into a tsunami.”
