Gorillaz made their big return in April with Humanz, their first album since 2011’s The Fall.
Today, they’re back with a new banger called “Garage Palace,” which features raps by the one and only Little Simz. “She’s brilliant,” Damon Albarn says about Simz. “I got introduced to her through Kano. I was just really struck by her individualism. She’s not part of a scene and I think that’s great for her.”
Simz has been touring with Gorilalz and been performing the song all year, but now we get to hear the studio version thanks to Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 show.
