Tobias Jesso Jr. is one of the breakout artists of 2015 thanks to the release of his debut album Goon, which had production from the likes of Patrick Carney (The Black Keys) and Ariel Rechtshaid. A master of singing, songwriting and playing instruments, the North Vancouver artist paid a visit to London for an intimate show at the Courtyard Theatre in May. Six foot seven Tobias went from playing piano to switching things up on the guitar; the room was that intrigued that you could hear a pin drop at times. If his album wasn’t enough, he even went on to write “When We Were Young” with Adele on 25.
