It’s easy to take for granted seeing Nas with his lengthy run of performing Illmatic 20 years after its release, but fact is you’ll probably regret it if you missed out. Queens was in the building (or field) at Parklife this year when Nas took to the stage shortly after Action Bronson on the Ram Jam stage. With DJ Green Lantern behind, Mr. Jones ran through the likes of “N.Y. State of Mind” and “One Time For Your Mind” and even jumped in to “Nas Is Like” and “Hate Me Now” to add some dimension to the set.
