Hit-Boy confirms Kanye West blackballed leaving GOOD Music, exposing something we’ve always wanted our comrade to discuss in public. Don’t trip Jigga, let Chauncey air out his grievances with the person that tried to end him. This weekend, Rory & Mal had a major episode of their popular show, with special guest, Hit-Boy.
There, the three discussed Hit Boy’s contributions to hip-hop and essentially having two classic Nas albums under his belt. While celebrating the release of King’s Disease II, Hit-Boy had a few words to say about Kanye West’s album roll-out and his project with Escobar being better.
This led to JAY-Z sending Hit-Boy a personal email, telling him to not engage in any public beef and keep things focused on the masterpiece he just created. However, Hit-Boy wanted to get one more thing off his chest, which is what we’ve been wanting him to say in public for over a decade.
After leaving G.O.O.D. Music, Hit opened on some barricades blocking his career at moments, when he wanted to work with certain artists. Take a listen below at the 40-minute mark of Hit explaining the situation.
