J. Cole Announces ‘The Offseason’ Mixtape, Drops “Album of the Year” Freestyle

At the top of the week, J. Cole shockingly hit up social media to ask producers for beats. Just a few months removed from his K.O.D. album, the Dreamville representative is still spending time in studio before he this the road this weekend with Young Thug for his tour.

So much, that he even shot a music visual for his new “Album of the Year Freestyle,” which uses the classic Nas and The Bravehearts “Oochie Wally” instrumental. In the coming weeks, we can expect his new mixtape The Offseason, which was also revealed with this visual release.
