MTV really dug in the crates to find footage of a young Cole for this one.
Will you be celebrating J. Cole‘s 5-year anniversary of The Warm Up mixtape? Regardless, we’re sure Jermaine is and MTV definitely will be, considering they have lined up a special to air on their network this Sunday.
Sway and Cole World will talk about some memorable moments from the mixtape, break down tracks, and look back at moments from his career, including his 15 seconds of fame on a My Super Sweet Sixteen episode back in 2006. Apparently, he crashed L.A. Reid’s son’s ceremony with one of his homegirls wearing a “I produced for JAY Z or die” t-shirt just to try to network and see who made it out to the event.
Apparently, the camera caught him and he was wilding during the red carpet.
