The Homecoming debuts tomorrow!
It’s hard not to be inspired by the latest episodes of J. Cole‘s Road To Homecoming series. As fans, sometimes we don’t see all the hard work that it takes to get to a successful point in life, as an artist, so to see Cole share so much of what he does just makes you appreciate his grind even more.
During the series, we saw Jermaine share stories of his crew, the people who design the stage for him, his day one homies, and just how much determination it took to release Forest Hills Drive. From the recording to the promo leading up to the album.
Now, one day before the premiere of his Homecoming show on HBO, this clip surfaces of him reflecting on the entire tour. He says he feels blessed and this one was special for him, because before, he was always looking at it as a stepping stone. Now he really feels like he made and is enjoying living in the moment. Even he was shocked at times at how far he’s come.
