Jack Garratt‘s debut album is coming out this week, and he’s putting out a fair few tracks ahead of it because, why not? After premiering “Fire” with Zane Lowe last week on Beats 1, he gives Annie Mac the go ahead to play “Surprise Yourself” for the first time on BBC Radio 1. The song was written for a friend who took the wrong train home, and he wanted to make some uplifting for them to come home to. Three years later, it’s ending up on his first full-length Phase available on Friday.
