It has been 17 days since the last time we heard from Jalen Rose and David Jacoby, which seems like way too long after checking for them every week, sometimes even twice a week. Luckily, after the hiatus, it’s time to get the results for their infamous Hip-Hop Bracket which saw some TOUGH competition for the Sweet 16 round.
Unfortunately, not everyone can move on to the Elite 8, so there were some sad losses as well as some upsets, but that’s why every vote counts (unlike real elections). Jalen wasn’t all too happy with the results, but he had to accept the results.
Of course, before talking about the brackets and playing music from the artists that moved on, they had to speak on sports stuff that happened while they were away, like the Kevin Love trade effect, LeVeon Bell getting caught high while driving, Thaddeus Young going to the Minnesota Timberwolves, Derrick Rose’s health, Team USA and some of the players who might make the next cut and Shawn Marion going to Cleveland.
