IT’S BIGGER THAN HIP-HOP! HIP-HOP! HIP-HOP!

After weeks of votes and elimination, the infamous Jalen & Jacoby podcast has reached the Final Four in their Hip-Hop Bracket. The battle has come down to the best of the best, with some groups that had the chance of making it to the top, but the only four that moved on were Outkast, Wu-Tang, A Tribe Called Quest and N.W.A.

That means Cypress Hill, Run DMC, Blackstar and Beastie Boys did not advance, but now it’s down to the wire for the remaining acts. David Jacoby predicted from the beginning that this bracket would be Wu-Tang’s to lose, while Jalen Rose sides more for Outkast, who made him want to get to Freaknik real quick back in the day.

Of course, the two had to speak on some sports issues that happened this past week, so they brought stories like Josh Shaw from USC breaking his ankles and lying, their thoughts on the Lance Stephenson freestyle, the ramifications of Josh Gordon’s year-long suspension, Kevin Love, Team USA and who should be the starters and more.

Vote for the Final Four on the Hip-Hop Bracket over at their website. We’ll see you next week when they crown the Top 2!
