Newcomer Jay Dot Rain impressed us with a few tracks over the course of the past weeks and it has all culminated to the release of his new mixtape The Dixie Renaissance. The new project is your chance to hear him throughout the course of 12 songs, with no notable features besides Scotty ATL. DJ Burn One, who is presenting the tape, also produced two songs, with additional production from Block Beattaz and more.
