‘Act II: Patents of Nobility’ coming?
For nearly a decade, Jay Electronica has been teasing his Act II: Patents of Nobility album. With JAY-Z even insisting on dropping the project last February during NBA All-Star Weekend, the New Orleans native is yet to share details on new content. Well, before fans get their ears on that, the Roc Nation representative is hitting the road this spring for his 2018 North American Tour. Dates begin on February 1st in Chicago, stretching out to Governors Ball on June 1st through 3rd.
