Jay-Z really put out an album for Samsung users tonight and it wasn’t all smooth sailing for them. Luckily, Life + Times comes through with the first single for those without Galaxy phones. “Holy Grail” features music’s wonder boy, Justin Timberlake and is being serviced to radio starting tonight. Hov gave us a peak at the lyrics leading up to the release, but nothing compares to hearing him and JT create the magic for our ears.
As we had previously reported, Hov received permission from Courtney Love to use the late Kurt Cobain’s lyrics from Nirvana’s song “Smells Like Teen Spirit.” It turns out that the clearance was for this song, as Cobain’s lyrics are sprinkled all over the hook.
