Our liking towards Jaymes Young has been no secret over recent months, having made a strong impact in such as short space of time. The process of this period has been filled with many different songs of various styles and influences, which have all been part of the warm-up for his new full-length body of work.
The alternative R&B artist chooses to make an imprint today with the release of his utterly incredible debut project, Dark Star. Throughout a solid 13 tracks, Jaymes portrays not only matters that lie close to him, but melancholic song structures that put him in a field of his own class of sound.
