Last week, Bounce TV premiered their new soap opera series Saints & Sinners. Starring Vanessa Bell Calloway, Clifton Powell and Gloria Reuben, the show focuses on conflicts among members in a Georgia church. Much like the show’s title, Jeezy offers up an ode to its theme of balancing righteousness and the many temptations he comes across – hindering his positive path.
While his lady of choice may let him run the streets with his thugs, Jizzle explains how his leisure affairs after grinding may be too much resist in “Gotta Be A Man.” Although he’s only a few months removed from Church in These Streets, it wouldn’t hurt if Jizzle dropped more offerings like this.
